Funky house, 'I Thank U' female vocal, Zapp&Roger-ish talkbox

Hi all,
Please help ID this funky joint - really sorry for the crappy recording quality :-/
There's this 'I thank you' hook (been looking for this title plus 'I thank U' without success) that comes from the Voice Spectral sample CD.
There's this Zapp&Roger-ish talkbox riff but is it sampled or not ? No idea...
And there's also the synth violin chords.
