Morning guys n girls ;)

Am really tired still coz not long been up but just wanted to ask if anyone on here can help me try and work out/ID what these two tunes may be (soz just word description here coz my tape deck dont work no more so cant rec any samples) :'(

Ok, the first one I can at least provide some sort of link to hear it - if you click on slipmatt's website link here and click on the Raindance 1991 set, if you scan in about 11 and a half mins, the tune being mixed in and before "Tonight's The Night" track - ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE HELL THIS IS??!! I still have my most treasured of all my tapes, his live mix from back in 1991 (only ever got released on tape far as I know coz my mate paid a fiver for it and I paid him the same to get a copy it is LEGENDARY!) :D

Ok now the other tune query I have is I am desperately trying to find a tune that I had on some old house mix tape that I have no idea who mixed it could be famous or non famous, but all I have to go on is there is a woman talking pretty much all the way through it and part of the lyrics is something like "Let me show you my base-ment (base-ment houseeeee" She says the odd line in french I think one part is "C'est magnifique" I realise this ain't a lot to go on so apologies again, but HOPEFULLY if one of you reading this has or has heard this tune and recognises what I'm going on about, praps they'd be kind enough to end this bloody nightmare of a quest I've had to try and ID it! :'( I think it must be about '94-95 it came out as that's roughly how long I've had the tape for. Again, this is all approx :)

Oh and now I think of it there is one more tune that I'm really not sure anyone can help me with/locate but I can provide a link to download the mix that it's in. It's a brilliant mix that James Zabiela and Nic Fanciulli did for my idol Mr John Digweed on his superb Transitions show on Kiss 100. I think you can just stream the mix but I'd say d/l it anyways it's a really great mix and I've caned it no end lol

Anyways the tune I'm after is 34:45 secs or so into the mix and it's mixed straight out of Zabiela's "Phaser Fire" and before Popof - Alocolic:

I have asked everywhere on this one and not even the most knowledgeable breaks headz I know have the faintest clue what this might be lol :p

I'll leave all this with you guys so will be stoked if I can at least get one of these bad boys ID'd for the weekend is out (or whenever really) :D

Sorry for the long winded-ness I am ready to zzzz again for a bit heh heh

Lastly though, thanks to all who run this site I've only been on here with one query that got sorted out tout suite so to that kind chap who knows who he is, my hat is still most definately tipped in your direction!

Laterz for now and have a good weekend!

You guys are absolutely friggin awesome ffs!!! :o :D

That's another unidentified tune cleared up thanks to you lot! :D

Now if you or anyone else can solve even that mystery house tune ID, why I might just damn well soil myself with giddy delight! lol :P

Thanks Groovesection you have now joined the ranks of legendary status along with Bunkerheadz who solved my first ever ID issue by correctly naming the tune that I had been after for YEARS AND YEARS was Private Productions - Sex Drive (the original dutch old skool tune from back in '92 not that pantaloons trancey one that usually comes up with that search lol)

Many thanks again!

Damn, I love this place! :luv:
