2 breakbeat tunes from 1993

Got 2 tunes attached.
I would love to know the artist and trackname.

In my memory these tunes are from the same e.p. but i can be mistaken.

one track uses a loop from m500 - off 2 battle the other one has an amazing flowing synth loop.
