Mickey Finn tune [Archive]

Sorry I dont have a clip but i badly need to know the name of a 92 tune! Mickey Finn played it as his third track at Peace fest 92 and again as his third track at Starlight Judgement day. It starts off with the sample "ok party people in the house" and some scratching before a string breakdown which then has a female vocal which is kinda hard to describe but goes something like "whoaaahh"! I know my description is pretty poor but hopefully someone can id it who has the Mickey Finn sets!
