It's Well Ard - Ardcore
It was released on cd on Various - London Beats - The Very Best Of Jumpin' & Pumpin' (4xCD) at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/Various-London-Beats-The-Very-Best-Of-Jumpin-Pumpin/release/192037) but it doesn't look like it had a proper release on 12", or discogs don't have it listed. There's a few more on that cd that ain't on 12" though.

that 12" has 3 mixes but they are all remixes
the original is the mix he is after..

Did a bit of digging on discogs..

The original is on this double LP
Various - Noise 2 (2xLP) at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/Various-Noise-2/release/405837)
but obviously the amplitude will be poor on an LP as opposed to a full 45rpm 12"

It could be that one christian151276, but I don't own that 12" to check. I assumed it wasn't on discogs because the artist link off London beats doesn't link up with that link (Well Ard vs Well 'Ard).
