First request so hope this works !

Taken from a tape that was recorded in 1990 so not sure of exact year of the tunes.

Thanks in advance.

bumpety bump. :$

In the intro of the tune in the first sample, the lyrics are:-

Welcome to the land of Debbie Mackell (sp).
Here she reigns and here she welcomes you
to join her, for a little journey, an adventure
that will releave all of your tension.
So sit back and enjoy or get up and boogie,
as we present the new...first lady of music...

I'm going to add a file that contains the intro with the lyrics above. Excuse the MC.

Really keen to find this tune.
The sample is taken from the Mangled - Barn 1st Birthday tape and would have been recorded 19th May 1990, if that helps anyone. I think the DJ may be A Man like Ju.

Right I think I might have made some progress here.

I now think the spelling of Debbie Mackell is wrong, it should be Debbie McKayle !!
and the track could be Debbies Adventure, Side A Track 1 on this LP
Debbie Mckayle - "I'm Here" (LP) at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/release/1482688)

Just could do with some confirmation as I can't afford £70 just to see :D

Got it !!!!

It is called Debbie's Adventure by Debbie Mckayle.

It is the first track played on this Essential Mix by Mr C on 02-01-2000

Mr. C EM 2000-01-02 | MIXRIOT (http://mixriot.com/content/mr-c-em-2000-01-02)

and the first track on this album
Debbie Mckayle - "I'm Here" (LP) at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/release/1482688)

Doesn't look like it was released as a 12" only on this ultra rare album.

You are 100% correct. The album was the last release from_hitn-Run Records and was only released as a promo. Hit-n-Run Records has been dormant for 20 years but is being revived in January 2009.
