unknown early 90's tune sampling kc and the sunshine band - help!

Hello there!
can you help me id this dance track as i really want to get a quality copy of it.
it's a track recorded off an itailian tv show in 1992 (although the track may be older), and it has lots of random samples but the most well known is a sample of Kc and the sunshine band's - I'm your boogieman.

i have scoured google and every website but with no luck :(

If you have and hints or can help me i would ber very appreciative,
