People Hold On - 1992 ( Is Lisa Stansfield or uses sample )

The below sample is taken from a tape from a club in Derby in 1992...it's either a remix of Coldcut/Lisa Stansfield - People hold on or just uses vocal over a different beat...

Can anyone tell me what this remix or tune is??

Any help much appreciated..
