1997 Sharkey Tune - Anyone Know?

Can anyone help me on this old 1997 CORKER of a tune which Sharkey, Brisk & Marc Smith used to play back in the day. I think it could be an early Bonkers or Clubscene track but I need help, if anyone knows, please reply as Im desparate for this tune: -
