this is some "low-tempo techno" used in the TV documentary "Atom" shown on TV a few months ago.
knowing TV background music, this will probably by widely available and released within the last 2-3years, so it should be a fairly easy one!
there are several clips, which sound very similar in style, but I think they are different pieces & probably tracks off the same album.
Latest - I just did a google search (should have done it earlier!), and supposedly the music is by Paul Miller aka DJ Spooky.
