88-92 ish old skool tune - sounds like Urban Cookie Collective - The Key, The Secret

Hi,

Has anyone got any ideas what this one is.

It sounds a bit like "Urban Cookie Collective - The Key, The Secret", so I guess they took it from the attached tune.

It's when you get to 16 seconds in, you know it's definitely not Urban Cookie Collective.

Any ideas or clues would be much appreciated.:D:D:D

Think Urban Cookie Collective stole it from Glam, as Hell's Party was out a good six months beforehand
