feel the melody thats in the air ?

i have no audio clip here but i can describe the tune im looking for
it has the vocal " FEEL THE MELODY THATS IN THE AIR "
running through it with some nice piano playing along
then midway through the track it breaks down into a pad arrangement and then the beats come back in .
that is the only description that i can give
i would class the track to be a hardcore track from around 1992 . if anyone has any ideas as to the name of this i would very much appreciate it.
