39 uses the sample give it to me, but with the info you provided, this would be a track of 1996, which is 4 years after this recording, so I think it is something else. But thanks for the effort and other IDs!

Nope mate, its deffo something from that guys. They produced 3 ep's in the colors red, blue, and i think a green one. The last (green) ep is probably the one you're searching for and its not listed on discogs.
