Does it have the noise from Golden Girls (the big techno tune) at the start

It could possibly be Africa Bambaata - 'Get Up and Dance' released on ZYX. Bouncy piano tune with the bassheads rap in full.

that it isn't the get up and dance by africa bambataa but I could be wrong. It has the same rap.

The italian tune starts with mad piano nothing else then the whispered "how do you feel inside"
