The longest of long shots

From an old DJ Essence mixtape which has long since vanished, this one was from around 94/95, leaning towards the goa / psytrance tip without being full-on. The only thing which sticks in my mind is that it had a sample of some bloke shouting "dreams!" throughout it every so often.

Really not expecting anyone to know this, but you never know...
