early 90s tune wanted

Im after a vocal track that has a guy singing the words "do it to the rhythm, do it to the rhythm, do it to the rhythm, to the rhythm of the beat" in it, over what can only be described as the same sort of piano effect as music is moving by Fargetta.

Also a tune that built up to a bit that said "i need a keyboard" then the keyboards kicked in again like music is moving.
