Some acid trance from circa -93/-94, part 2

(Hopefully this subforum is more appropriate than where I posted part 1 (http://www.tuneid.com/old-skool-hardcore/45578-some-acid-trance-circa-93-94-a.html) :))

Anyway, as I said in my first thread (http://www.tuneid.com/old-skool-hardcore/45578-some-acid-trance-circa-93-94-a.html), I have an old mix tape from -93 or -94 with 23 acid trance (kind of) tracks on it. I have now been able to identify 14 of the 23 tracks, and the majority are from 1993 (one track was released in 1991 on an EP, but re-released in 1993 on a full album).

To create some context, here's a list of the tracks I've been able to identify this far:

Hi,

I've found the A10 track on a mix set from 1993 by Frank de Wulf at The Ark. It consists of 2 mp3 files where "side 1" is 44:38 long and "side 2" is 37:46 long. The A10 track is starting at ca 1:30 on "side 2".

Now, does anyone know of a track listing for this set? I've googled like mad, but found nothing.

Ah, _that's_ the track I've been thinking about when I've listened to A10! I've been thinking that it really reminds me of something I've heard before...

Actually, I have already made the connection to Acrid Abeyance/Plank/Ascorbin Acid, since the style is similar (didn't think of Acid Wars though), and some month ago I did (tried to at least) an intense net search on those. The search was fruitless though, it's not easy to find tracks or music samples, even though I could rule out some of their tracks.

number 10 is definitely plank - acid war. there are two (very similar) versions though, not sure which one.

I've found two versions of Acid Wars on lavabeat.net, on the Acid Wars (http://www.discogs.com/release/20134) and Attitude (http://www.discogs.com/release/20139) EPs, and A10 is neither of them.

I have found Circuit Breaker's "Trac-X" (on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NjJIQunQwUg), actually), but it's not that one. The sound is similar though, so I'm trying to find Trac-Y and Trac-Z (the B-side) as well.

I've listened to all three tracks on the Trac-X EP by Circuit Breaker now, and neither of them seem to be B01 :( Oh well, the sound is similar so B01 could very well be made by some Richie Hawtin alias.

there is also a single-sided circuit breaker rarity called 'trak k' which might be worth trying. i've definitely heard the sample before..............good luck!

No its tagged right as ive double checked and it aint the one...ive checked ALL the probe releases too just in case and it isnt any of them either so they can be ruled out at least...ive checked on a couple of others to no avail though so im a bit stumped now....:confused:

I've continued searching for the unidentified tracks here, and today I actually found one more. The B01 track is "R8-808" by Disintegrator (Machines (http://www.discogs.com/release/109078)). So one step forward :)

But also one step backwards... The A02 id in my first thread (http://www.tuneid.com/hardcore/45578-some-acid-trance-circa-93-94-a.html) seems to be wrong, so I readded it in this thread.
