My, a 3-year-old request...(and quite in the wrong category, too ;))

This sounds quite like Joseph Watt's "Razormaid Extended Mix" of "Last Train To Trancentral" by the KLF, originally 7:51 in length. A Razormaid EXCLUSIVE, PROMO-ONLY, definitely nowhere else (legally) available (but see bottom of my post).

Various - Gridlock! 2 (Vinyl) at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/Various-Gridlock-2/release/561038)

I'm mentioning the duration explicitly because there is a stripped down version of this mix featured on this unofficial bootleg:
KLF, The - The Lost Sounds Of Mu Vol. II (CD) at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/KLF-The-Lost-Sounds-Of-Mu-Vol-II/release/307652)

Thats not the Razormaid mix, its KLF, The - Last Train To Trancentral (Remix) (Vinyl) at Discogs (http://www.discogs.com/KLF-Last-Train-To-Trancentral-Pure-Trance-5-Remix/release/37802)

The KLF - Last Train To Trancentral (Remix 2)

The Razormaid mix is like the 'Radio Version', with some spooky sounds added to it....

Well, I'll be damned. The RM one also has the bleating in ("baa! baa!") and the mixing in the final part is quite the same, too, let alone the beats.

The KLF - Last Train To Trancentral (Remix 2)

Sure? I have the original CDM, and if you look closely, you can see the annotation that "Remix 2" is identical to "1989 Pure Trance Original". But I remember the '89 P.T.O. mix to be a helluva lot slower...?!

[EDIT]

Yeah! Bingo, that's it!
It's indeed the "1989 Pure Trance Original" (aka "Remix 2") though pitched up by approx. +1.9...2.0!
Your audio sample starts at about 2:15.

*SOLVED*

We simply blame the KLF for all those remixes and giving us a hard time id'ing m now LOL
