Beware the Hitman!

have had this up in the house section too. Starts with car sirens and a male vocal that says beware the Hitman then starts. Has a female vocal throughout going 'dance all night' and a piano breakdown and a male vocal throughout going 'watch out' Off a Daz Willot tape from 1992! Any help would be good, appreciated as ever! :)

over the piano break the female vocal goes "The Hitman makes you move get into the groove, lets turn on the heat' hopefully that will jog some memories!!
