I have this tuna on cd called hypnotrance 2, and its tagged as Baby Doc & The Dentist - Dragnet Action Hero.
actually i think its one of their aliases, probably this -> Hiroshima - A Postcard From Dream Inn (http://www.discogs.com/release/177702) :)
