Legendary Status (Tune ID - Part II)

Hello Everyone,
I desperately need an ID on this tune played by DJ Sy @ Club Kinetic (NYE 95/96). I've managed upload a much better quality sample of this track & If there is anyone who knows this track I will be eternally grateful!!!

It was known as 2001 and the label on 1 side says just that. The other side had a recylce logo and said it was made out of recycled materials. I'm certain of this because I had it for several years and remember loads of them being in the shop I used to buy from. There's no other info on the label and I remember it well except for the cat. number/runout groove inscriptions.

You'll have a problem finding it simply because of the lack of info on the label - it was out on general release though. I've even found the link to the item on discogs & can't really do anything more..
