A poor first post on this site for me with no audio sample or much else to go on but trying to ID an old skool tune ('91-92' I think).

The only clue I have is that the track has the same sample as used in DJ Ham's 'Higher' - Kniteforce recordings. The tune has a steady baseline (no piano) with a nice, atmospheric, catchy rift that I can't even start to explain!

Heard it years ago and then again the other day on a CD that is currently being looped during the day on Eruption 101.3FM in London!

Any clues/ideas appreciated, been after this for donkeys...

Thanks dj sigma - this is a nice little tune with the right sample but allas not the one I'm looking for.

Not sure if I'm gonna get anywhere with this unless I can track down an audio sample.

And so the search goes on...!

Thanks for the suggestion dj sigma but unfortunately again not the one I'm after!

Hopefully the DJ Ham - Higher clip upload will help - thanks for that O Z!

And I know I said I couldn't even start to explain the rift, but I'm getting desperate so will give it a go!

Track starts with beats, then has a few of the "higher now" sample (as used in Dj Ham - Higher) then the rift kicks in a goes something like la..la..la.........la...la..la..la, looped several times.

Got to track down an audio sample!

After much digging, have managed to ID this tune through other sources!

It is:

4 For Money - It's A Moment In Time (Rising High Dub)

My description obviously was a bit rubbish but hey got there in the end!

Thanks to all who tried to help
