Please help with identify the author of "Take Control" song.

Hello! I'm hardly trying to find an author of the tune called Take Control found on some old pirate tape where this tune got wrongly credited for Ace Of Base. This tune is for sure not younger than 14 years, it could be done between 1990-93 or maybe in 80's. It sounds similar to Ace Of Base.
