"Hi tek music" sample

I have no recording of this track, but I do remember it being played out at possibly Dreamscape 1, or 2, so that would make it 91-92 I suppose.

Loads of pipe banging bass and then a Speak and Spell sort of vocoda :confused: "Hi tek music" sample.

It has annoyed me for the last 15 years, anyone help me out.
