nov1994 02 sounds very much like Dave Clarke - Wisdom to the wise (Jatran Remix)... but it has some pads and a 303 which really confuses me.

Whatever this track is, I like this version better :)

I also dunno exactly what remix it is, but it's truly sounds like the remix u said. Maybe it could be mixed with another tune, but if it is, it's a perfect mixing. ;)
