Tune Id, Shelleys New Year 90/91

I'm after the name of the tune that is on the video clip of Shelleys at New Year 90/91 that is posted on youtube, Sasha and Daz Wilmott

Its the last tune with the sample Right Here Right Now that is played in the "one more tune section" and has a superb piano in it, cant find it in any setlists

I am sure i have seen it talked about on here before
