1994 hardcore techno 'sex is a beat..?'

I no longer have the tape with the tune on, but I heard an old h'core techno tune a bit in 1994/early 95 with a vocal sample which seems to say 'sex is a beat, sex is a beat, sex sex sex sex is a beat' and replayed at different pitches. I heard it on an old Stu Allan tape I had. Any ideas? sorry there's not much to go on.
