h14 seems to be a mashup between B-Sides "Magic Orchestra (C.J. Bolland Remix)" and Dance 2 Trance "Hello San Fransisco".
h16 is Raver's Nature "World of Happiness".
I confirm h2 is DJ Creator "Kiss Me".
h9 is DJ Red Alert & Mike Slammer "Don't Need Your Love"

All these tracks seem to be speeded up to a ridiculous speed.

im pretty familiar with h4 and h7 aswell but i cant remember right now. some of these samples are taken from milk! sets im sure about it. those were serious nutty ravers.
