3 tune ID's tech-house/techno from 97 and previous

Hello all, I have been trying to ID these tunes for years now and decided to give TUNEID a try. Any help is sincerely appreciated!! :)

These 3 tracks are from DJ Graeme la paix (Graeme from Funky Teckno tribe and Gathering etc in San Francisco) from his mix tape Spectrum 2 that was a limited 500 copies made. On the tape it says "favorites from 87-97" so I am assuming these 3 tracks are between that time period:

I have posted them 3 times in discogs over the last 3 years and no one can ID them!! Thanks for trying!!

Have one person in discogs who says track 3 is a Mr. G/G-Flame track....yet to be verified.

Couple people in discogs said track 1 sounds like Steve Rachmad but no more info.....
