Trance Track from 1993 Wanted.

I'm looking to find the ID for a Trance track released somewhere in 1993, also could be 1994.
I don't have a sample, i only remember some liryc.
A female talks and says something like :
I am looking for the miracle man...male, female undefined...hideness in city corners...

Sorry for my bad english...
I hope somebody can help me with this, asked it everywhere but nobody knows.
I know it is hard without a sample...
