Synth break in Congress 40 miles...Original sample???!!

Hiya fellas, I was listening to a sample of this on htfr and I can't remember what it's called. It's an American track which was sampled by Congress for '40 miles' and it's the synth break mid track. The tune also had a sort of female ooh sample over the top....Please help it's doing my head in. Ed:S

Found it!!! I just typed 40 miles into a search.....I reckon it's gonna be an expensive one tho. Full Moon-Allelujh

Found a copy for £6, just arrived today, was the only one I could find tho. Think I've done pretty well there! Ed:)
