i think it is a remix and more than likely italian i reckon, i haven't heard it played anywhere but on that tape.. and i'm sure its been posted before with no joy..

another one that u will never be worthy of eh...:(

It's definitely Last Rhythm/Last Rhythm but the vocal is from Bizzare Inc's Playing with Knives (which is obviously sampled from something else).

I can tell you it's not the Italian Vocal mix though.
