this is very vague ,but sprung back to mind a couple of of posts back..
back then (90-91)in an after club party the above cheesey(then new)track came on the decks...but it had this vocal in it that i hadn't heard any where befor...or after...remember it was about 4 int mornining after an alcohol free head bashing session..it was a female vocal that went something like.
whats going on ,why don't you say

is it a mix of the above or an acapella...
