95-96 Happy Hardcore I.D Needed

Hello folks,not a lot to go on with this one,but was wondering if anyone knows a happy tune from 95-96 that has a chipmonk style sample in it that goes "sometimes it aint easy trying to be with you....." theres more to that bit but can't remember it,then it goes "what you gonna do for me ,what you gonna do about this love".
That's all i can remember,all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.:D
