funky filter looper from 99?

I pulled this from Mark Farina's WMC set in 1999 off Betalounge. Funky, pretty basic looper, vocal sample of a guy saying something like "gonna be right there" over and over again.

I actually prefer the original, but It's kinda hard to mix out of.
