I have found a Ron Hardy fan! i am from chicago and watched Ron hardy in person (I wasnt supposed to be there) as well as Gene Farris, Farly "Jackmaster" Funk and The Godfather of House Frankie Knuckles! I have a BIG passion for deep house (thats what we call it in the Chi) and what it should be called everywhere else but that another story! That first song is walk the night and I think its a track by ralphie rosarrio ( I hoped I spelled that right!) The others I dont know but heard before.

The first tune is by The Skatt Brothers ..as id'd above by Konspiracy.

If you are into Ron Hardy have a look at the mixes section (http://deephousepage.com/mixes.php) on the Deep House Pages (http://deephousepage.com/) & stick hardy in the search box in the right hand corner. That should bring up a load of Ron Hardy mixes for you to have a listen to. Tracklists for most of them can be found on the Suenomartino website (i have put the link up in one of the posts above). :)

From listening to Ron's mixes & hearing some of the stories, I would've loved to have gone to the Music Box!! But i was born in a different place at a different time...

Welcome to the board
