New York is red hot

Hiya,

ok...wondering if anyone can help me ID a tune off an old Sasha tape I have circa 89. It's got a sample in it that says "New York is red hot, New York is red hot"....and also has some nice horns in it. Not sure...Sasha may have just been playing an accapella over something else. Any ideas? Not much of a description but it's worth a shot!
