old rave tune 1991

This has wrecked my head for years tryin to get this id.Its a rave tune bout 126bpm from 1991.Has the cutting sound sample from Playing with knives in ,you know the one 'diger diger diger diger-diger diger -di di'(best way i can describe it to be honest).Then the music stops and a guy says 'Los Angeles,California'.I know it may seem a bit mad me writin shit like this but some one just might know it.I have it on tape and really could do with gettin a sample of it up here when i learn how to!
