Alright Nath.... not sure if you got sorted on this ID but to let you know anyways:

The ID you were after from Sasha @ Orbit Dec 1991 (fluttery synth noises just before Last Rhythm) is Debbie Malone - Rescue Me - the other PKA mix (the 1st one on the 12" is the the upllifting elephants mix) - on Pulse 8....... can rip if you want.
