one house nation and a grove

I am trying to track down a tune from ( I think) 92/93 . It has a really long piano intro, then the piano goes really sinister and the beats kick in. It also has a sample saying " one house nation and a groove". I have been after this tune for many years and I would be very grateful for any suggestions. Cheers!

I always thought it said 'One house nation under a groove' :D
