i cant download ur rips, but I think ur on about the 'Musics hypnotising, everybody's temperatures rising' vocal. it's originally from .. 'Raw Silk - Do it to the music' (Big Haci tune) but 'PKA' sampled it on the classic 'Temperature Rising'
