Can anyone identify this track please ?

Hello all, im new to this board, it was suggested to me as there are ' a lot of talented people there ' :) so you have a lot to live up to. :P

I have a mix by DJ Kwest (i think) theres a track on there i could do with knowing the name of and who its by. I know its not 'old skool' as such, but any help would be great.

680k .mp3 format sample probably have to right click and 'save as' (http://www.g.renshall.btinternet.co.uk/tune.mp3)
