at a guess i would say this song is called "move" but heres how it goes:

mooooooove move all night

mooooooove dance all night

take control of your body make it swing nooooooww yeeeeeah

move to the music make it dance make it swing noooow yeeeah

and i think that pretty much repeats itself throughout the tune

another one may have a sample from the doors????

the vocal says" theres something going round inside my head- its the way you make me feel- just keep movin just keep grooving"

The version with these vocals is the 'slammin 12" on the 1991 version on MCA. I've also heard the instumental mix knocking around the net on mp3. Looks like from reading the tracklist on the vinyl it's mixed by david morales.

The 1989 original also has the same full vocals and is a rocking acid style piano version!

It could be off the Frenzy vol 1 ep Al, but I'd guess it was just the original (there pretty much identical anyhow).
The sample isn't from the Doors, it's from Cuba Gooding - Happiness Is Just Around The Bend released in about 83.

Al, I hear what ya sayin... but

After you ID'd it I thought i'd have a right tough time finding it. All i could find on net were instrumentals. So I bought a copy from 1991 off Gemm.

When it arrived I was supprised and most pleased to hear the identical version from that sasha / shelleys mix you've ID'd all tunes from. vocals an all.

tracklisting off vinyl - MCA Records MCST1503

1. Move (Dance all Night) Slammin 12" (7.42)
2. Move (Dance all Night) Red Zone Mix (6.00)

Written by Howard/Lee
Produced by Slam Slam
Additional production by David Morales for Def mix productions.

B-side

1.Move (Dance all Night) Tony Humphries Mix (5.66)

Had a bit of a nightmare though. Record was mint sounding but a bit warped when it arrived. My GF suggested putting cloth over vinyl and ironing it flat! LOL

Now it's mega warped, crackles like mad and jumps all over! I can do ya a rip just for a laugh. :)

Bought another copy from ebay just recently, apparently in top notch nick. It can be had right cheap from the US. Well what do they know about tunes eh? :D
