piano/rave 1991/2 "gotham city"

Trying to track this down for yonks now, cant find an ID for it anywhere.
This was cained all over central scotland back in the good old days. Hard rave style similar to malcolm mclarens magics back, samples from the batman film "Lets go" and "Gotham City"
played lots by DJ Marc Smith and Joe Deacon from the Metro in Saltcoats.If anyone could please give me an artist and title I would be most grateful.

Arrghh no way I used to have this but I sold it years ago, so cant remember the artist, but I'm pretty sure it had Gotham City in it.

Kinda cheesy but kinda fun!

PS It wasnt Todd Terry it was of European origins
