kick out the techno track..

Looking for an ID on a 92 euro tune, that samples that vocal from chimo bayo "chica a danga boom banga den" and has vocals of "kick out the techno track and watch the effect" also has vocals every so often "don't be alarmed" very sketchy I know but ive thrown out nearly all my old tapes so no sample to up again im afraid!
