does anybody remember this digweed mix ?

ive had this john digweed mix for years and played it to death.. its a brilliant mix

i had written on the tape years ago - digweed essential mix

the mix is from around 1992/3

only problem is, now im not sure it is an essential mix

there is no interuptions by pete tong or owt

that's no essential mix Brady..I wud have known it if it was. I always had me mum on recording duties Sunday morning, god bless 'er!

yeah jules, im kinda thinking that its maybe a radio 1 mix before the essential mixes started

maybe a bank holiday special or summin

the essential mixes started late Oct 1993 and im thinking this mix is earlier than that

the only thing that throws me thou is there is no pete tong interuptions

I dont remember any such mix out at the time and I was following em religiously. I remember digweed did do a Friday night once but that was the 20-30 mins at the end of the programme...I remember it well cos I was trying to listen to it with my family in a car and they were going mental cos they hated it...I almost got chucked out of the car for it....gutting!

Ha! It was the first one - dont think the family liked the loud farting noises in Do it naturally....has to be said Pete Tong and his essential mix were a godsend in those days! Perhaps I missed a Digweed mix at some point (shudnt be so insistent it didnt happen...but still doubt it did).
