Hard Piano tune from 97-98

Tune I am after has the same style of hard piano as Robbie Rivera - Bang but this has a woman saying something like 'THE POWER!.....THE POWER!' or maybe 'GET LOUDER! GET LOUDER!'

any ideas anyone?:confused:
