It's called I Gonna Get The Boy (Soul Version) by G and V Jay on Discomagic cat# OUT 3315

That sample sounds like it's at about +30

is the disco magic versoin the origanal or is there any other versions before that

The Italian Discomagic release with that cat# is definitely the original. Some had picture covers, some didn't (like the Italian Style releases) - the picture sleeve has some bird on it. If the artist name was to be believed (G and V Jay feat Marie Claire) then you'd assume that it's Marie Claire and she's doing the singing. However the vocals are nicked from Jocelyn Brown - Love's Gonna Get You which different bits of the acapella were used in loads of other stuff as well, not least Psycotropic - Hypnosis and Moby - Go.

G and V Jay got at least one Discomagic UK release a few years later on an all.
