I don't have the sunrise sets so don't know which one is played, but I've always had a 12 on Smokin'/Tuff City with 4 mixes on it - Garage Mix, House Mix, Acid Mix and DJ Beat Mix - The Garage Mix is the one with the 'celebrate' vocal breakdown you mention above. Is this the remix or the original???

If its the original I can do a rip for you too... quality tune!

Get posting them Noel. This one's a corker, it's The Minutemen - Music's Hypnotising. Can't say I've ever seen it on a 12", but it is on the Minutemen album.
