ID needed,possibly 91 tune

This tune is a very uplifting piano track from 91 ish.Sounds very Italian and has a female vocalist in who sings:

The track also uses a sort of hardish/bouncy sample that was used in some of the tunes at the back end of the acid era,late 89/90.Its an absolute gem,any help would be greatly appreciated.

this part is indeedy sampled in:

(cud be way off as usual thou);as house traffic dont even have a piano:S doh)

Cheers Danny,if it hasn't the other lyrics in,it can't be the one mate.The piano is used alot in the track.I think alot of tunes used the lyrics you quoted,around that time.Thanks alot anyway,
